Dr. Emeka Ajufo MD · PM&R Physician · Founder of Doctor Lead Flow

Same training, same board exams, same 3am pages. The difference is that I spent the nights and weekends building the business side nobody taught us — and then I kept going.

01 — The story

In his words, unedited.

The story

I’m Dr. Emeka Ajufo, Physical Medicine and Rehab MD. I built Doctor Lead Flow because I watched too many cash-pay clinic owners burn out running their practice and their marketing at the same time — with no system to hold it together.

I started a health coaching business in med school and scaled it to $250K during residency, nights and weekends, while working hospital shifts. I grew an audience of 500K across platforms without an agency, built the acquisition systems myself, and have taught them from stages in front of hundreds of doctors. Then I started installing them for clinic owners who needed what I couldn’t find anywhere else: a physician who understands both the clinical side and the business side.

Doctor Lead Flow exists because the stuff that actually moves practices forward isn’t taught in medical school. We fix that — one practice at a time.

I diagnose practices the way I diagnose patients. Find the constraint, treat that one first.

The MD isn’t here to outrank you. It’s the reason the diagnostic reads like a workup instead of a sales script — and the reason nobody on this page is going to tell you your practice is broken everywhere at once.

“An advisor who hands you a fix before telling you which of the eight you’re at isn’t diagnosing you. They’re selling you their favorite tool.”— from The Clinic Growth Operating System

We install a Predictable Patient Pipeline in 30 days

For cash-pay clinics doing $20K+/month. Four chokepoints, worked in order: Offer, Demand, Booking, Closing. Demand and Booking are built for you. Offer and Closing are worked through with you — because those two live inside your practice, not inside our software.

Three named physicians, credentials shown

Not a star rating. People you can look up.

The AI lead gen bot has been a great time saver. Before, I was trying to nurture leads and get them to show up. With automated workflows, my no-show rate for sales calls has improved. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lead Flow.
Dr. Lesley Allen, PT, DPT Functional Medicine · Owner, DNA Doc
After cycling through three overpriced marketing firms that overpromised and underdelivered, partnering with Doctor Lead Flow was like flipping a switch. Their AI-driven lead generation system didn’t just improve things — it exploded our pipeline with qualified patient inquiries and booked consults.
Dr. Ekene Ajufo Pediatric Physician · Med Spa Owner
Thanks so much Emeka for giving my business the boost it needed. I was stuck on square zero, not sure what the next step would be. I met with him and he helped me draft a plan based on my goals. I saw results quickly. He really knows his stuff!

04 — The team

Who you actually work with

Four of us. A physician, an engineer, a respiratory therapist who also ran a $3 billion purchasing portfolio, and a strategist who came out of consulting.

Dr. Emeka Ajufo

CEO & Founder

A Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician who built the acquisition systems for his own practice first. He pioneered wellness initiatives in medical school, and applies the same thinking now to ad management, AI-driven communication and workflow optimization — so providers can spend more time on patient care and less on chasing leads.

Christian DeVries

Chief Technology Officer · Co-Founder

Christian leads the technology and systems behind Doctor Lead Flow, designing the AI, automation, analytics, CRM and web infrastructure that powers patient acquisition across its healthcare clients. His background spans sales, SEO, paid media, software development, data infrastructure and artificial intelligence, giving him a practical understanding of both how patients are acquired and how the systems behind that journey need to operate. He has built and integrated technology across patient communication, attribution, analytics, websites, CRM workflows and AI agents. At Doctor Lead Flow his focus is turning fragmented marketing and operational tools into reliable, connected systems — so practices respond faster, carry less administrative work, and get a more consistent path from lead to booked patient.

Courtney Jones, RRT-NPS

Chief Operating Officer

Courtney is a Respiratory Therapist with a Neonatal and Pediatric specialty, with 19 years in the field and experience in every adult, neonatal, and pediatric ICU. She spent five years in healthcare corporate category management, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and managing a $3 billion portfolio. That makes her fluent on both sides of healthcare, the clinical floor and the corporate table, which is rarer than it sounds. At Doctor Lead Flow she runs the business side: sales, client success, hiring, and the operating standards behind the guarantee. She spent five years deciding whether vendors were worth what they charged, and she built this company’s delivery to survive that same scrutiny.

05 — The limits

What we can’t do for you

Three things worth knowing before a call, not after one.

01

We can’t fix your offer or your close from the outside

Demand and Booking we build for you — that’s software and systems, and it’s ours to own. Offer and Closing get worked through with you, in your words, about your prices and your consult room. If you were hoping to hand all four over and step away, this is the wrong engagement. Two of the four chokepoints need you in the room.

02

The guarantee is more work, not your money back

Your pipeline is installed and running in 30 days. From there it has to produce at least 2× what you’re paying us. If it hasn’t, we keep working at no additional cost until it does. That is deliberately not a refund — a refund doesn’t fill your schedule. We’d rather finish the job. If a money-back clause is what you actually want, say so early and we’ll part on good terms.

03

We say no to most of the practices that ask

The guarantee above only works because we’re selective about who we take on. If you’re insurance-based or under $20K/month, this won’t work — and I’ll tell you on the call rather than take the engagement and hope.

Physician to physician, thirty minutes

No pitch deck. We look at your four chokepoints, name the one that’s actually capping you, and tell you whether we’re the right people to fix it.
